For the GRAIN FREE PORRIDGE:
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tblspn flax
3 tblspn unsweetened coconut
3 tblspn chia seeds
3 tblspn hemp seeds
unsweetened almond milk
stevia
cinnamon
vanilla
salt
topped with fruits of choice

For the OVERNIGHT CHIA SEED PUDDING
1/3 cup white chia seed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
stevia
cinnamon
fruit of choice
