2 tblspn flax
3 tblspn unsweetened coconut
3 tblspn chia seeds
3 tblspn hemp seeds
unsweetened almond milk
topped with fruits of choice
For the OVERNIGHT CHIA SEED PUDDING
1/3 cup white chia seed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
fruit of choice
