Veg Hakka Noodles | Chinese Recipe | Hotel Style Hakka Noodles

A quick and Yummy recipe of Indo Chinese Dish. This is a healthy recipe as it has many vegetables and use of many sauces. Enjoy this dish with your family as a quick snack or as a main dish for lunch or dinner.



1 Tbsp dark Soya Sauce
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 Tsp Vinegar
4-5 cloves chopped garlic
1 Cup Carrot
1 Cup cabbage
1 Cup Green/Red/Yellow Capsicum
1 Cup Beans
1 Cup Green peas
1 Cup Spring Onions (white as well green)
200 Gms boiled noodles. Add 1 Tbsp Oil to avoid stickiness
4 Tbsp Cooking Oil

In a hot pan add 4 Tbsp Oil
Add Chopped Garlics
Add1 Cup Green peas
Mix it well
Add 1 Cup Beans
Add 1 Cup carrot
Mix it well
Keep the flame at medium
Add white part of spring onions
Toss them well
Add Cabbage
Add Vinegar
Mix all well
Add dark soy sauce
Add Oyster Sauce
Mix all well
Add Red & Green Chilli Sauce
Add Tomato Ketchup
Toss all ingredients well
Once they are mixed, add boiled noodles
Add little salt as salt is present in sauces as well as Noodles.
Mix all the ingredients well
Once all noodles are mixed and take colour of the ingredient, serve them in a bowl.
