I have been vegetarian for about 3 months and in January 2018, I decided to take the plunge into a healthy vegan diet. I’m so excited to be sharing various recipes with you, where you can of course add meat or dairy if you wish.
I don’t believe there is a wrong or right diet to follow, but you should choose which lifestyle resonates with you and make sure you gather enough knowledge to make an informed decision.
I will be posting about health and fitness (including mental health) and the odd fun random video/philosophical enquiry. I will also be talking about my journey as a mental health nurse and my own personal battles which led me on this path.
