Vegetable Lasagna In Pan without Oven | Lasagne recipe from scratch ~Shrutika’s Kitchen

Vegetable Lasagna is an Italian Dish having layers of white sauce and red sauce in between lasagne sheets, here I am giving it an Indian touch with spices like chilly flacks. Also there is no particular veggies are required to use, you can add any of your choice.

Most Importantly, today I am preparing Lasagna Sheets at home and preparing Lasagna in PAN instead of making it in OVEN, so if you do not have oven then also you can enjoy it

Ingredients Required:
For Lasagne Sheets:
1 cup All purpose Flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp oil

For White Sauce :
1 tbsn Butter
1 tbsn All purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Italian herbs
2 tbsn cheese
1 cup milk

For Red Sauce:
5-6 Tomatoes (Blanched and pureed)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilly flacks
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp italian herbs

For Veggies :
2 tsp chopped Garlic
1 big onion choppes
1/4 cup spring onion
1 medium capsicum
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup corn (i used frozen)
1/4 cup broccali
1/2 cup spinach chopped

For layering :
Lasagna sheets
White sauce
Red sauce
! cup cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)
