vegan chickpea salad (by SweetPotatoSoul)

+ primal kitchen dressing

chili
1 15 oz can tomato puree
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 can green chiles
1 bell pepper
1 sweet onion
1 can beans of choice
1 cup quinoa
1 cup lentils
chili powder, cumin, chipotle powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
slow cook all ingredients for 6 hours, add lentils and quinoa in the last hour
optional toppings: avocado, green onion, cilantro, jalapeño, vegan sour cream

snack
choc chai
1 bag chai tea
steeped in hot water
almond milk
cacao powder
agave

banana + pb + cacao nibs
