Hi everyone! Today my lovely friend Maxine and I are back with another video from beautiful Alaska! We are barbecueing a whole Yukon Keta salmon! This simple technique is the base to cooking a whole fish, you could use this technique on every fish you like, just use your fantasy!
Maxine is a Yup’ik Eskimo. This fisherwoman lives and fishes at the estuary of the mighty Yukon river where she catches the best Keta salmon. This is, thanks to its high concentration of Omega-3, the healthiest salmon in the world.
